The whole oil thing was an "option to acquire lease interest". In other words there was always the possibility that the whole thing would either fall through or perhaps never even happen.

Their own PR clearly states this. The whole business switch from commercial real estate company to oil and gas smells fishy for a company this small. Just saying.
