Well yes, we took a risk and the tea company has a chance, but the real point is that if C.E.O. Steedley knowingly captained the ticker into deals and "un-deals" (merger) that were/are to the detriment of the company and its shareholders, then he should be held fully accountable by the applicable regulatory entities. IMO, that is the "risk" that a CEO takes when they agree to take the helm (and salary) of a public company.
