I should have stuck with my gut and the DD. The Russian export tax issue is not a big issue as I thought it could have been. Then I had people in real life saying to be on the safe side and lock it in. I might add more on a dip, but I'll never have as many shares as I had. I'm up on others but not as much as NDOL has broken out today. WAAAAAAAAAA.
