There are two possibilities here. Either SOOUM is worth a lot more than they have revealed so far, which some basic DD uncovers deals and possible contracts we do not know about, or they're worth nothing and this is another OTC scam.

Possibility #1 guarantees a run, it's not even a question. Possibility #2 means they'll milk this until no bid. We are all currently waiting for news confirming contracts. I personally will give it till next year, if contracts aren't revealed by then and they wait 70 days as instructed post merger until they reveal financials, then something is definitely fishy.
