I don't believe that we will reach the max A/S here. Once the CC comes next week, you may see another 200-300 Million left to be put out, keeping it between 3.5-4 Billion shares.

Once ppl understand that Supurva is the new company here, with Revenues of $100k+ / month, the PPS will correct itself. I can understand when a company would have to use up it's whole A/S, but when you have a company already generating $100k+ per month, projecting to double that figure and do $200k+ per month, I don't see the need for further share issuances for a while.

Perhaps, don't be surprised with an eventual Share buyback start of 2015. Of course just like yours, it's just my opinion. :D
