Avec your pardon? Although I agree with you on 99 % of your comments - VRNG cannot be compared with DECN. VRNG is a basket of patents - tried to Play the game and got hurt. They were dancing on too many parties.

I shorted this Company when they got after Google and Aol. This was the day when I said: The Profile per se is good but then too many cases are bad. And it was bad.

that in both patent cases, VRNG and DECN (Pharmatech), patents were "Obvious" and therefore unenforceable upon the defendants.

This would also explain the lack of urgency to get filings,financials,registration,etc up to date.

These all go away with this type of scenario.
