Usually a sign it's going down before it goes back up. The MM's will push the price down, cheaper shares are bought, then the price gets pushed back up and there is the profit...
That $.0125 support level has been eroding in a slow, methodical manner over a few days...and the PPS is one big sell away from this thing sliding into a fall that could only be stopped by the bulls rushing in to save it, it appears...
Also, this process can be accomplished by the MMs, if they choose to allow some shorts to cover their position on the bid side... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
