hi mike. just waiting to find out how the authorized shares/future dilution issue resolves itself. will the company pull it off and not have to use those shares as they seemed to hint in last couple press releases? or will future financing do some damage?
first MLHC acquisition (of four potential) to close this month though. asset based loan to come through this month too. and audited financials on their way too. (per the company's most recent statement)
Sorry for not replying sooner. Any release of confirmation of a finalized acquisition or finalized funding agreement that is much less dilutive should move things. A retraction of the 10 billion share A/S increase of coarse but I don't see that happening at this point. May not be any of these events come to fruition. Not looking good by any means.
