I've been watching this company for about a week or so now. To say the least I am new to this board/company. Can anyone spare a few moments and give me a rundown of what has been happening the last few weeks and what the plan is in the short-term (coming weeks) and what the plan is for 2015?

Looking to potentially allocate some funds this way - and, this ticker has sparked some interest.
