Precisely ice...50ma-perfection.hovering right at it consolidating at a higher level is easily bullish.
next leg begins slowly thru consolidation and build as volume picks up.
low volume at support levels as UAPC-is doing is another bullish sign per technicals.
sad to see people sell and clueless to charting-----or the lack of patience thru small upticks/downticks..
