No.. others "implied" the changes where "minor"..Ed simply stated "almost no material changes needed"..material information is not "minor"

First, I hold MYEC long and do not plan to sell, but, to quote you

The post implies that they are minor

and this means that maybe WE should remember what can happen to those who assume an implication is fact. We all hope that it is, but the BIG O has shown us what hope is worth in the real world.
