Give her credit, I would have a tough time certifying something that I was not responsible for prior to my employment. I suspect this is in anticipation for something larger like the FN filing or a new loan. Has to be a positive development...

This is new on page 29 "Up to now, we have not experienced any material disagreement between the above parties. Any disagreement between the parties is usually reconciled and resolved on the spot within our operational guidelines, which clearly define each party’s responsibilities and duties before the transaction can be completed. If not reconciled and resolved, the transaction will not be completed."
