A great scenario is that MPA was paid with restricted shares. The more shares spread around to the right people is the closest thing to an incentive plan. Its going to be their incentive to get the pps trading at a respectable level before they get the chance to sell them on the open market.
I think the only thing that will move this to real $ is a PR about financing. I know we can all cut and paste quotes from previous PR's but my perception is that all these deals are future projects. Like I said before, its like me issuing a PR that says that I intend to build an addtion on my house. I've been saying that for years. If I issue a PR saying I took out a second mortgage today or I broke ground today (come see if you want) that's meat and that gets us to dollar land. I'll wait it out at this point because I'm not taking a hit this big...GLTA!
