It has troubled me that the boards have expressed a lot of ambiguity concerning whether Infineon's sweetheart deal would apply to the sales of a purchasing company. If Infineon truly means what it said in today's press release, then the question becomes academic. I would especially hate to see Micron buy their way out their justly due "judgement day."
