It appears some people are convinced that Kim will release some news to increase SP therefore maximizing his deal with CSC.?

I believe that Kim will release news but not merely to increase the SP....

The quality of news, on its own merits,may be enough to raise the PPS.

Timing of it all may be inconsequential....

After all,Kim dictates certain parameters of the development of KBLB....

Other, (such as research milestones,etc.,etc.,) are beyond his control.
