Let them do what they will. I still think this one comes back strong. They just picked up a ton of acres in the wattenburg field in the D-J basin. They picked them up for 1K an acre and they got pretty much the prime sections. Other players buying in the field now are paying over 5K an acre. Their Acres alone have gone up huge in value in a short period of time. I still like this one.
