ISIL selling oil for $30/bbl is one of the reasons OPEC is freaking out and opening the taps, IMO. Hard to imagine that our CIA would be so self-destructive as to put about 1/3 of oil companies on the edge of going under because of a flood of oil. But then again, we armed Osama Bin Laden and his boys to fight the Soviets.
