Which is why I think Shere3D didn't include a date yet for delisting. This pronouncement sends the message but it could happen within a few days of a future announcement that it is eminent. We shall see but this is just about to get exciting to watch IMO.
the Canadian Ventures to delist per formal request with a follow up N/R to the investing public. Imo from petition to the actual delisting of ANY's shares on the ventures will be of short duration. Hope to see it happen in a relatively short time frame after the consolidation of ANY/OVRL shares post merger of the two. The settlement of the merger regarding the actual shares to be distributed takes precedence prior to delisting imo.
