The convenient store rollout I personal don't get. When I walk into a 7-11, I'm looking to grab a pop and bag of chips. Not pancake batter.

Convenience stores carry more than pop and chips. The ones that I am familiar with carry eggs, bacon, sausage, milk, juice, and other breakfast items. Kwik Trip even carries steaks. Nates Pancakes is a convenience product but not necessarily a breakfast item.

I guess you never had the 3 AM munchies that pop and chips don't cure. ;-)

I'll lay a dollar to a dime that pancakes in a can sell really well in the early morning hours in Washington and Colorado.
