I cannot disagree with 99% of what you've said here. There are only facts that support it.
My only disagreement would be this is a pure pump. I don't believe that's the case at all. I think this is a real company making real efforts and one day this could be a real company. I also think they are struggling right now to find their direction. They keep finding a new path when the current one doesn't prove correct and for that I commend them. The only questionable mgt call I see as being suspect is the 162k in consulting fees to the CEO in Q3 when the company didn't even gross rev that amount.
