The thing is are they only approved for patients on there death bed what will the drug do for the ones who have years yet to go. They have done wonders with prostrate cancer and should you get it it is not always what gets you in the end and maybe that has something to do with it. There is other drugs in the pipe line but it is way above my head not like this isn't above my head in understanding what the heck is happening but should they dilute share holders by paying out the debt holders with equity for there interest well then it could get interesting cause they will sell to Joe public where there will be fractional shares going to the investors who bought early in the game by who invested the most capital over the longest period of time.
I have seen it being used before to add equality to all who had gotten involved. It is why early invested like CEO's ect. never sell a share.
