I understand your concerns with the company and it's credibility. I personally have my own concerns about other aspects of the company. However, I try to find as much truth as I can with the available information.

To answer your first point, the company itself has never stated that they had 7-11's "stamp of approval". This was stated by members of this message board numerous times over the past few months but assuming that you have experience in trading Pink stocks, you should know to always take anything posted on a message board with a grain of salt. The company never made such statements and therefore has not mislead shareholders on this point.

As for your second point, the company stated that they were selling to 30 franchised 7-11 stores. They stated "based on our success with these select franchise locations, we expect to continue to expand our distribution footprint to potentially include all 7-Eleven franchises." I believe that this is a fair assumption but apologize if you feel that this was misleading. Having a successful run at these stores will surely help them approach 7-11 corporate in becoming an approved national vendor. This is no small feat that will take time and every sale help them to move forward towards this goal.

Thirdly, If i were in the same position, I would absolutely use the 7-11 name in a press release to generate excitement. However, even wit this, the company never once stated that they were working with corporate but specifically stated that the were working with 7-11 franchises.

The company still has a lot of work to do in order to increase revenue and prove itself as a viable and honest company to its investors. However, I feel that recent steps over the past few months, have begun to help rebuild their credibility.

Remember, Rome was not built in a day. It takes years to build a company. This will not be anyones lottery ticket.

Lol-Every experienced investor knows there is really no difference between Corporate Owned Stores and Franchise owned. Only Difference is the Corporate owned stores are managed by Coporate and Franchise owned stores are Managed by Franchisees. Still the same 711 brand...

Also-DD catch Up Sir-Franchises out number Corporate owned store.
