So they want investors/traders like us to promote or help distribute the PRs for them? LOL! Then what's the damn pt. of hiring the POS IR firm?

I assume they mean "getting the STOCK in front of INVESTORS". Wouldn't you also want to provide current info about that company in order to get investors INTERESTED in the stock??
