Yes so far nothing is filed on PACER on Reasons why they should NOT dismiss the case so I guess that means THEY WANT TO DISMISS THE CASE...

We shall see by Midnight Western Coast Time...

So far so Good and no Attorney has filed either so I guess that is also by Wednesday...
