I am not sure it will be legal in the next decade. I hope it will be legal sooner but based on history I think this is 20 years out still. (Fingers crossed I am wrong) I have followed this from the early 70s when there was the first strong push and then 80s conservatism and the war of drugs killed it. Considering we are about to be a republican controlled government I don't think there will be much progress soon. (Again f$ck I hope I am wrong)
