Exactly. This is one of the problems however with doing business with shares. They end up getting dumped and the pps never goes up. Good luck all.

If I understand you right? You think the preferreds were exchanged to common and then sold? If that were the case the RESERVE WOULD HAVE DROPPED which it didn't.
