Major step is correct IMO too. I see no reason to do the 10-K if you aren't going to become fully compliant by catching up on all of the missing 10-Q's too. I think Eddie must just about be ready to launch Smoky Market Foods, Inc into something national or why get things caught up with the Filings? Looks like 2015 may just be the year for SMKY.
