agreed. if last week's press release tidbits get finalized, they'll be so far on their way and ridiculously undervalued.....but it is only ridiculously undervalued if they take that AS raise off the table or prove they have no intention of adding the additional shares to the float or O.S.
they stated they'd mail a notice to shareholders on November 14th and the AS raise would take place 20 days after that mailing.
I never received the notice. did anyone? everyone so far has said, "no."
if not, does that mean that they decided to not send the notice and hence not raise the A.S.? or is my interpretation of "shareholders" not accurate in regards to who receives that notice?
anyway, they take those shares off the table, this stock has a crazy bright future. December 4th is 20days from that "mailing date" if that mailing actually happened. we'll see on Thursday perhaps what the company's intentions are.
