Hello golferman, thank you very much for the link.

It is extremely refreshing and encouraging to hear the two CEO talk about their view of the future common commitments.

Extremely serious people in their approach to work as I think our CEO is too.

I think that KBLB connection to Sigma went through similar approach, this gives me a good reinforcement of my committal to being a shareholder of this company.

We will succeed in a marvelous way, I am convinced of this, although I am also sure that those trolls will not go away until we will shut their mouth with the explosion of our PPS.

I raise my glass to KBLB.

Darmstadt, Germany and St. Louis, MO, September 22, 2014 – Merck KGaA, a leading company for innovative and top-quality high-tech products in the pharmaceutical, chemical and life science sectors, and Sigma-Aldrich today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, will acquire Sigma-Aldrich for $17.0 billion (€13.1 billion)

It is interesting that kblb is listed under chemicals. It would make my year if they end up selling a part of there business.

We should call Ben and see when the S-1 started. Unless someone can look at it.I can't unfortunately.

I think your spot on with the silence and the merger. The CompoZr Zinc Finger Nuclease (ZFN) technology may be paying off nicely! Great DD :)

I must admit Golfer that you are putting a real doubt in my mind. Hopefully, something good will come out of that!
