Pretty funny how the site gets updated after posts here point out discrepancies.

Go figure! There are two IR positions at PPHM (that we are aware of). The company releases maybe one PR per month. Interest in Peregrine, based on volume, is waning so phone calls to IR are probably on the decline as well. What more does the IR department have to do but read this message board? In fact, I am under the impression the company has hired representatives on this board to do damage control and promote management. Maybe IR feeds them information periodically.

The company is reactive in it's communication to the public. They release PRs or shift communications based on the latest trend (think ebola & immunotherapy) or as a response to shareholder or analyst inquiry (think partnering, financing or FDA process 101). Most, if not all, communication is elusive. Therefore, it gives the appearance management trying to preserve jobs as opposed to truly moving the science and company forward. If anything is finally brought to fruition by this management team, it will probably be doubted up and down because of this team's history. The science has to be strong to break free of these anchors.
