Sometimes they do file forms with the SEC, but its usually at the request of the SEC and after the company has been caught out by shareholders -- LOL

As I said, everyone would have seen the mis-match between what the company says and does if there was something wrong. Being over-optimistic about timelines isn't a violation, especially since circumstances can change timelines dramatically.

We'll see as the actual filing date of the Form 10. Would be nice if Mr. Parkinson updated the HHSE blog to let shareholders know if delivery to outside counsel was made.
