There have been many "cert pull" attempts on penny stocks.
They have never worked out well for stockholders.

Primarily because those that actually did it...ended up with certs that no broker would take for deposit.

And the few companies that have promoted a cert pull have done so to remove tradeable stock from the market so insiders could sell.

...and my "eulogize" as you say was predicting the stock would go no bid. Which it did.

And it will be there again.
