The financing deal has been long in the making as far as I know with past buyout offers and other options for finance deals including some that didn't go through so I've heard. I know the company has been quiet for a long time now giving us the stop sign. Joel said coming up should be a PR answering a lot of questions as to what is happening. I think the financiers are making some decisions about the company as a condition of financing. Production is in the works and new opportunities for AAPT could open up. This to me sounds like a buyout but I could be way off. I think the financiers will take AAPT in a new direction IMHO.
