That is the old Batter Blaster patent. No one has yet been able to find a new patent. I would not think there is one yet. Maybe it is about to be applied for, but over the past few months it seems Nate has changed both the formula and the can/delivery system. The product has not yet been ready to be patented because it has until just recently still been in development.
