That may not be true as the PPS is being propped up. Probably by insiders perpetuating the false hope. They have smart advisors telling them how to dilute. Give shares to known MM diluters and give them a price...Sell through another broker as the PPS moves up and keep the insider broker moving up his ask. Amateurs don't have a clue!
