Yep, the doom and gloom is just "peachy". This scam has NO PRODUCT, NO MANUFACTURING, NO CASH, NO ASSETS...who would want to merge with them. They bring NOTHING to the table. The "few" who have loaded up with .0001 shares are just having pipe dreams.
