The Market Cap we are at now is 940,000 with a SS (O/S is currently 159.32M) and out price is at .006. After the issuance of 57M and RS of 1:25 for the SS to have a market cap of 940,000 (the estimated current value we are at now) we would have a price of 11 cents estimated at where we are at now.
Since we were thinking PT's anywhere from 1 to 5 cents minimum at the levels of around .005, to answer your question yes, a dollar or more would not be out of the question. Especially if there is a ton of extra value here that could easily put the market cap in the 10-30+M range. I would hope or guess that is part of the co. plan (dollar range or higher) if they will have such a small SS.
* This is all IMO and any and all updates from the new company will further bring to light any speculation we have regarding SS and stock prices, for now I am just glad we have the 8k out and are heading in the right direction
