Good news.....Company will use debt to acquire. Sounds like the deal got to expensive for JR and shareholders...

So the funds that would have been raised in the secondary to fund projects became more expensive, so then CVSL chose to acquire monetary debt over shareholder debt (dilution) Good move JR...And thank you
