How can anyone make a quick profit when the pps keeps going down?

People can profit from a falling stock price by short selling.

As for the rest. If you are looking for key words and tricky phrases...there is more to the evac test than just the evac (ie preparation). Maybe they caught the problem before, maybe not. Doesn't matter. They don't need to release a PR every time they break wind. I'm perfectly fine with announcements upon the COMPLETION of each step.
