Saying that it is LIKELY that the DOJ is involved in the SEC investigation of SKTO and AEGY is not a stretch, but is probably true. But calling it a fact at this point (unless someone has specific knowledge of such, such as being interviewed by the FBI or DOJ) is not accurate without other confirmation.

But we know SKTO is under formal investigation by the SEC. The involvement of DOJ is involved is fairly likely.
