Interesting. Back in September, the judge allowed a continuance and a hearing for Dec. 10. Play Bev has now filed a miscellaneous motion to be heard Dec. 5. To me this sounds like something important may be about to happen. Either a agreement has been made or Cirtran is going to throw in the towel because of lack of resources. Either way, why would you file to have a motion 5 days before the next scheduled court date? All my opinion but I think the courts are done in a few days.
