Watt needs to break the "agreements" with Treasury and tell the FnF execs not to send the Dec 30th payments. Let the Treasury sue him if they choose to, put the burden of proof on UST to prove that they are continuously, forever more entitled to the sweep, to 100% of net profits.

Watt can't do that, don't you know him by now? :) It will Judge's order that will decide the future of FnF shareholders.
