I guess Calkin is a absentee owner - because he has many interests that he gives a higher priority to than GRCU.

It seems that Calkin and Before saw the value of the WTWO patents and decided to go in another direction.

GRCU is controlled by Osequeda and Lykiardopoulos - Calkin saw that it was setup as a share selling scheme.
