Everyone is looking down ---expecting oil prices to go lower.

Usually when the conventional wisdom points one way, it is wrong. I am expecting prices to firm up and, with it, the price of HK. It may be only after the first of the year due to tax selling, but keeping HK on the scanner is a must.
