Well the first quote would qualify based on each persons personal goals in their own trading style and it they trade or take risk for money put in. A traders philosophy may be that as they are looking for the quick return. I know. I do play the game. But I also realize for many this is not their style. So perhaps that style is yours and maybe many, but there also would be the percentage who don't trade that method/style.
I am not sure that the second quote is applicable. I have played the game many years and have seen how the game is played by otc's. While pps direction hasn't reflected well if in fact it was the typical pink, nothing would have been created, and the pps would already be back at .0001. That would be the typical pink scam. It would be very easy for the co. to just sell into the bid and go even further, then just pump it back up again and recycle. That has not occurred and that is why this is different than a pink scam and there are things happening that the typical pink scam would never even considerer doing because they would have to spend the buck you just gave them.
