SC, Those wanting to go long Cortex should have a good opportunity in the months ahead as more financings are announced. In addition to the remaining ~ $700 K (in tranches) from the current financing, there will have to be a big financing to fund the clinical trials.
The 'big' financing should be interesting. If done in the traditionally dilutive way, it will be pretty devastating, but still better than the alternative which was to either stay a 'virtual' company or close the doors. Dr. Lippa might have some surprises up his sleeve for raising the money, so will be interesting to see what he comes up with.
