VF, I'm not even sure it has to be verified as shipped. Could be sitting in a warehouse somewhere and MRIB has a commitment to purchase it. Point is sooner or later they were going to have to show it on the books. The fact it's only happened until now is the confusing part. I've got to think there was some kind of arrangement. The problem is that if MRIB is in any way on both sides of such it would be seriously crossing the line. With this, ECO, Zodiac, etc., there are a lot of dark alleys.
