I talked to Michael Grande today. He stated he is meeting with his lawyers next week in Chicago to discuss whether they should continue to proceed with Colorado with their plan or to go thru Delaware. If they go thru Delaware it would take a few weeks longer plus incur more cost, but they have spent too much money to turn back now. He hopes, key word hopes, to put some information out by end of next week after discussing with his lawyer team. They have previously done the consolidations through Delaware before and that is why they may consider going that route. He stated they are continuing to push forward and asked if his team is still onboard and he indicated yes including Daryl Young. He is very frustrated with Colorado but understands them being very cautious with Cannibas companies and the federal govt.
