Those are the Fraud Lies!!

No those are people's opinions based on what Michaels has done in his past. In these great United States we can have our opinions on HPNN, either for or against. And our opinions on HPNN can be posted on this board for all to read and think about.

Each person has to make up his/her mind on what to do with the HPNN information (backed with links or case #) that is there for all to see; and of course look at the great tweets by Michaels and all the fluff PRs, just this year alone that ended up being just that FLUFF...

Fraud is what Michaels did by altering his credit report, fraud is taking money and not sending the product, fraud is money laundering - just to name a few things.

The credit report was recent (settled in Oct) as is the ecigs case - that FRAUD case is still active. Money Laundering was recent enough for me but was further back then the other two.

Then of course all the homes he stayed in and didn't pay rent, ditto for his previous business locations. Wonder if that is why there is only a P.O. box that is listed now. It seems there is a total count of 9 unlawful detainers.

FRAUD:

A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury.

and

Fraud is a deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain (adjectival form fraudulent; to defraud is the verb).[1] As a legal construct, fraud is both a civil wrong (i.e., a fraud victim may sue the fraud perpetrator to avoid the fraud and/or recover monetary compensation) and a criminal wrong (i.e., a fraud perpetrator may be prosecuted and imprisoned by governmental authorities). Defrauding people or organizations of money or valuables is the usual purpose of fraud, but it sometimes instead involves obtaining benefits without actually depriving anyone of money or valuables, such as obtaining a drivers license by way of false statements made in an application for the same.[2]
