I don't buy all this negativity regarding the FTC.

Isn't it true that a number of the core "motivating" members of the commission have now left the FTC and scurried back to their holes? -- including the commissioner?

I also recall a post on Fool some time ago quoting the new commissioner making a snide remark, which indicated that she was well aware of the goings-on.

I tried to search for it... so far no luck.
